Ms Ann Tonks
Senior Fellow, Cultural Managment
Ms Tonks has since 1994 been the managing director of the Melbourne Theatre Company, before which she was employed in a variety of senior positions within the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. Ms Tonks has a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Australia, and received the Gold Medal for Best MBA Graduate. She also has a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from the University of Western Australia. In 2005 she attended the non-profit leadership program at Stanford.
Ms Tonks has been a board member of a wide range of performing arts companies including the Western Australian Ballet and Chamber Made Opera. Ms Tonks teaches the advanced management subject within the masters of arts management.
