To the extent possible, planning at the Confirmation stage should schedule trips to not clash with Advisory Committee meetings. If an Advisory Committee meeting is to be delayed for more than a month due to travel, this decision should be clearly recorded on the student’s file, notified to MSGR, and clear provision should be made for ensuring the meeting is held as soon as possible on the student’s return.
Submission requirements for each Advisory Committee meeting:
The student will be expected to submit the minimum written requirements at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled Advisory Committee meeting.
